Helper / Floater - 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift (9:30 PM - 5:00 AM)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first 3 weeks

Job Description:

Join our team at a leading sheet metal manufacturer as a Helper / Floater. In this role, you will assist workers across various departments, with a primary focus on the Deburring Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are adaptable and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Support production teams in different departments
• Assist with deburring and finishing sheet metal parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Must-Haves:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes
